More than 400 people attended the official Opening Day for The Pines master planned community’s builder display village in Yeppoon on Saturday. 

The Pines Sales Manager Danny Carr said he was, “blown away,” with the response and he and his team were working with several homebuyers to secure their blocks and finalise house plans after the Opening Day.

MEDIA RELEASE: Homecorp Contributes to Capricorn Coast’s Centenary of Anzac Project.

The developer behind the soon to be launched $500 million ‘The Pines’ residential community in Yeppoon has donated $100,000 towards the Centenary of Anzac Project on the Emu Park headland foreshore.

Homecorp, CEO and Founder Ron Bakir today joined representatives from the federal and state governments, the Livingstone Shire Council, RSL Clubs, Bendigo Bank and the local community to launch stage 1 of the project.

Homecorp Announces $500 million Community for Capricorn Coast

Homecorp Group CEO, Mr Ron Bakir, has welcomed the master plan approval of 950 lots from Rockhampton Regional Council.
